BRAMOR, the black howler monkey
Territory: Tall rainforest.
If you came here using the code on your card, you already have this Guardian at home: this is its page. Here are its cards, its story and the door to the game.
The forest speaks too; you have to know how to listen.
A line from the deck.
This Guardian's world now goes with you: the next door you open will remember who you chose.
Its name
Why BRAMOR?
It comes from “bramido,” the Spanish word for a deep roar. What best distinguishes the howler monkey is its voice: a howl that can be heard kilometers away and announces its group in the rainforest. Two strong syllables, easy to say in the middle of a game.

How much do you know about this Guardian's world?
An encounter from the deck
“I bring people from far away just to hear the dawn howl. I tell them: don't fear it, it's a calm monkey announcing where it is. When fewer voices answer one year, I know the forest is missing something.”

The story
Something Roars in the Forest
On her first night in the hills, Kena hears an enormous roar and hides under the blanket. By day she discovers that the monster is a black monkey that eats leaves, but nobody in the village believes her. When a new dirt road splits the forest, the roars grow louder and someone decides to cut down the wrong tree.
